At Spirit Quest we love to have fun with investigations but take our work very seriously.
We are a Mediumship group with scientific means as backup which basically means that we rely
on the info from our mediums to guide us during the investigations.

Before we begin an investigation we attempt to research the location as a means to validate,
once the investigation is over, the information gained from our mediums. Our mediums are
never informed beforehand of any research/information gained. That way the investigation is
not tainted by previous knowledge.

We call ourselves Seekers because we are not fond of what the term "members" implies.
We are seeking knowledge and connection to Spirit so that we may progress in our own enlightenment
of the Spirit World.

Seekers within our group must follow the Psychic Ethic Code and must be familiar with grounding
and protecting themselves. If you are not familiar with these, then we will train you before you
join an investigation. Any new seeker must accompany a seasoned seeker for their first investigation, to provide them with an opportunity to learn about our methodology as well as how we connect with Spirit.

From that point, when an investigation is scheduled, and assuming the location is large enough to
provide the space required, we would ask that new seekers join our "quiet team". This team
will be lead by a seasoned seeker, with the goal being twofold. One, new seekers will have
the opportunity to hone their mediumship skills in a quiet environment and two, Spirit phenomena,
such as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) are more easily captured on our voice recorders and
night vision video camera in a quiet environment. The lead seeker, at some point, will ask
questions of spirit, in hopes of capturing answers electronically, and will also ask questions
of the new seekers, as in describing what they saw, felt, heard, thought, etc.

If you have your own equipment please feel free to use it. Direction on how to take pics or
videos will be given. Please note that if you use you own equipment, the pics and video taken
becomes the property of Spirit Quest.
